This hotel offers luxurious amenities such as a Spa and wellness centre, full body massage, and facial treatments that exceeded our expectations. the location of the venue was ideal for exploring the city. the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the restaurant and bar area served delicious continental breakfast with a special menu for individuals with dietary restrictions.
The only minor issue we encountered was a delay in service during peak hours at the bar area. it did not detract from our overall experience at the hotel.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the little extras at the hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The room service was quick and had a good selection, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a complimentary mini bar. The social hour was a nice touch as well.
We felt very lucky to have found this hotel. No complaints at all.

The parking rate was reasonable, especially with the option for valet service. I appreciated the convenience of being able to park directly outside the hotel. The hotel's location was great, making it easy to explore the town center during my business trip. the staff were helpful and friendly, providing a cute atmosphere.

Our stay in the hotel was fantastic, we were within walking distance of the main attractions and located in an upscale neighborhood. The room and bathroom were very clean and well decorated; the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and the spa massage was amazing. We also enjoyed the deep tub and rain-style shower nozzle in the bathroom. The hotel had a restaurant, 24hr room service, and a lounge bar. The hotel also had valet parking available which was very helpful.
One of the downsides was that the hotel did not have a covered patio or designated smoking area.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided high-quality toiletries, and the rooms were clean. The hotel facilities were fantastic, including a great spa in the waiting area. the location was perfect: it was right in the center of the city, close to shops and restaurants.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
